四步曲、四要素:1、根据分工协作、技能要求和工作量定岗定编;2、根据职位评价和市场行情定各岗位薪酬范围;3、根据管理、考核和激励的需要设计薪酬结构;4、根据成本对效益的边际效应来调整经营指标;

计算公式:

基本工资 = 起步工资 x ( 1 + 年递增率 )^ 工龄年数职务工资 = 最高工资级别 - 级差

绩效工资 = 当月营业额 x 该部门最高提成比例 / 级别福利补贴 = 基本工资 x 福利补贴比率

部门类别

A类:高层决策管理人员,对公司发展起重要作用B类:生产销售一线人员,是产生效益的关键部门C类:生产销售辅助人员,对生产效益有重要影响D类:后勤和辅助管理人员,维持经营的正常运行
