Niccolo Paganini was born in Genoa, Italy, on October 27, 1782 and died in 1840. Many people thought he was the greatest of all time.
Paganini first learned to play the mandolin from his father before he was 6 years old. He began composing before he turned eight. He gave his first public concert at the age of 12.
