by the arm 19, a movable plate 22 slidably coupled to the base plate 21 to support theactuator 1, and a pair of springs 23 provided between the movable plate 22 and the baseplate 21.The movable plate 22 is fixed to the base plate 21 by the locking mechanism inthe state where the spring force is stored in the spring 23.When the lock mechanism isopened after the actuator 1 is positioned, the actuator 1 is urged toward the panelsurface, and the state facing the ignition button is maintained.Diagram
