During the course of fulfilling a contract, the seller, on receiving the relevant L/C, should first of all check the clauses in the L/C whether in full conformity with the terms stated in the contract. If some unforeseen special clauses to which the seller doesn’t agree are found in the L/C, the seller should send an advice to the buyer, asking him to make amendment. Now check the following L/C with the given contract, and then complete the following letter asking for amendments to the L/C.
