摘要：an information service provided by the seller are assistants to identify customerrequirements and for taking orders, with the help of a voice processing unit (14), whichprovides clients with information and records of pre recorded voice instructions, orapplications which entered at the keyboard.these instructions or requests may relate tothe transmission of a message to a customer, the establishment of a communication withan operator, or in direct communication with a vendor client. a client is placed incommunication with an operator (24, 25) which determines the general demand of theclient.according to this request, the operator sets an announcement (13) to the client. avoice processing unit (15) then checks the presence of the customer voice instructions orrequests entered by the keyboard for the transmission of an announcement, in order toestablish a communication between the client and an operator or assistant to the seller(46).this system has the advantage of efficient use of the time of the operator and theassistant to the vendor and allows the presentation of advertisements of advertising forclients who specifically request.
