摘要：PURPOSE:To maintain clamping by the compression spring and offer a clampingdevice of the mold of simple structure which can provide required pressurizing force byrotating the rotating block to shift the positions of pillar-shaped spacer and theperforation and maintain the spacer on the rotating block while the mold is pressurizedby the pressurizing rod. CONSTITUTION:The pressure movable plate 6 and the lowermold 12 are raised up by shifting the pressurizing rod 5, and further contacted andpushed up the upper mold 11, and the movable plate 3 compresses the compressionspring 4 to accumulate repulsion power. When the pressurizing rod 5 rises up by fixeddistance, the pillar-shaped spacer 9 set on the pressure movable plate 6 is removed fromthe perforation 10 of the rotating block 8. Next, after shifting each position by rotatingthe rotating block 8, the pressure from the outer pressurizing unit is released to maintainclamping with repulsion power of the compression spring 4. Thus, only one drivingsystem has to be installed to close the mold in the transfer injection molding unit orvulcanizing unit to dispose more than one mold on the rotating table, offering an easiermaintenance, check and repair.
