摘要：A cardiac harness for treating or preventing congestive heart failure is
configured to be placed about at least a portion of a patient's heart (30) so as to apply amild compressive force on the heart. In one embodiment, the cardiac harness (130)comprises a plurality of spaced apart conductive panels (136) arranged so that there is noelectrical continuity circumferentially around the harness (130). In an additionalembodiment, a cardiac harness (220) is insulated so as not to conduct electricity aboutthe harness (220).
