世界汽车工业国际协会（Organisation Internationale des Constructeurs d'Automobiles；OICA）即世界汽车工业的国际团体，协会总部位置设立在法国巴黎。1919年，成立于法国巴黎。目前，大约是42个国家的汽车相关团体成员，为汽车工业业者间的意见交换、汽车相关规定的协议，国际性车展览会的认定、调协会成员的技术活动，世界汽车生产的统计等相关事宜[.
任务
1. 连系各个国家的汽车工业协会。
2. 学习与发展和汽车业未来有关的相关议题。
3. 收集且流通在协会成员之中的相关资料。
4. 讨论协会成员关切的问题，制定政策和指导方向。
5. 密切与各国政府以及国际机构合作，描绘具有国际水平的汽车产业。
6. 推广国际机构和公众传播及促进汽车产业政策和发展方向。

委员会
1. 汽车展览委员会：1956年，正式成立。负责参加国际汽车展示的汽车制造商制订相关政策。例如：国际汽车展览会的规则、国际性汽车展览会的认定、国际汽车展览的日期，并协调安排不同的汽车展览会场。
2. 汽车技术委员会：1956年，正式成立。负责协调协会成员的技术活动，并作为“联合国欧洲经济委员会”（United Nations Economic Commission for Europe；UNECE）内部“世界汽车法规协调论坛”（World Forun for the Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations；WP29）的技术顾问[2]。例如：噪音、节能、空气污染、主动安全系统和被动安全系统。
3. 汽车产业经济委员会：1975年，正式成立。负责影响汽车未来和工业经济及相关社会因素的分析。例如：产业经济、道路交通、运输政策、税务、节能、环保。
4. 汽车统计委员会：1994年，正式成立。负责收集与整理汽车行业活动等方面的数据。例如：生产、销售、注册、贸易。
