hislikesanddislikes.Hemustlikehisstudentsandrespectthem.Buthemustalsorespecthimselfandtakeprideinhiswork.Otherwise,hecannotrespecthisstudentsandwinrespectfromthem.Theidealteachershouldhaveanunderstandingofhisstudentsandbeabletprelatetothem.HEneedsstudents’understanding,too.Theidealteachershouldbekind,encouraging,andhelpfulandheshouldmotivatehisstudentstoseekknowledge.Theidealteachershouldseehisstudentsasindividualsandacknowledgetheirdifferences.Hemustknowhowtoencouragetheself-developmentandgrowthofeachofhisstudents.Theidealteacherisonewhogrows,learns,andimproveshimselfalongwithhisstudents.
