踏着春天的节拍，我们走进绚烂的五月，激情五月，青春四射，今天我们迎来青春的节日—五四青年节！这个节日是为纪念伟大的五四运动设立的，今年正好是纪念五四运动105周年的日子，回眸历史，穿越岁月峰头，中国共产主义青年团走过了105年的风雨征程。五四运动至今，一代代优秀青年为民族复兴作出了卓越的贡献，正是他们在党的旗帜的指引下，和千百条各战线上的青年模范一起，演绎了一幕幕惊天地、泣鬼神的青春活剧，谱写了一曲曲壮丽雄浑的青春赞歌，追逐着一代代爱国赤字的中国梦！
105年来，“爱国、进步、科学、民主”，薪火相传，历久弥新，将五四铸成一枚徽章，戴在所有挺立时代潮头的中国青年胸前。
我们纪念五四运动，目的在于弘扬五四精神，肩负历史使命，就是要树立理想，立志报国；要勤奋学习，勇于实践；要在实践中锻炼品格，磨练意志，在学习文化知识的同时学习做人；要守时守信，做文明的.公民；既有理想，又要着眼于现实，从身边事、力所能及的事做起；要勇于奉献，尽管在知识经济时代，我们不再需要为追求光明和自由而抛头颅，洒热血，但“我为人人”的奉献精神，仍应得到弘扬。因为新时代下我们有着我们新的“中国梦”，中国梦的实现需要我们的励精图治，需要我们每一位中国人贡献自己的力量，因为“中国梦”是我们十三亿国民共同的梦！
我们的国家像一艘大船，十三亿的人民都是组成船身的构件。这样一艘巨舰，他的风帆，他的旗帜，他乘风破浪的英姿和饱满紧绷的缆绳，作为人民的我们都触手可及。我们将生命融入其中，这个庞大而年轻的国家，与我们生死与共，而我们的思想与生命，就是推动这艘巨舰前进的动力。换言之，它的真正驾驶者是人民，是一艘真正汇集了无数人的智慧与勇气的巨舰，他与人民融为一体，人民的梦就是中国梦。
少年强则国强！青年是社会建设发展的主推力量，青年是最富有激情与创意的年华，94年前的爱国学生是我们最好的榜样，让我们扛起“五四”的大旗，传承“五四”薪火，弘扬“五四”精神，让我们勇立潮头开风气之先，奋发进取创时代伟业，为建设一个更好的现代社会，做出青年应有的贡献，在自己的人生篇章中，写下绚丽的青春，为实现我们的中国梦想献计献策！

今天，我们的祖国已经进入一个新的历史时期，振兴中华的责任，已落在我们青年人的肩上，“五四”的火炬，已传到我们青年人的手中。“五四”的精神，需要我们青年人发扬光大。可是要弘扬“五四”精神，就必须思考一个问题。我们应该拥有一个怎样的青春？怎样的人生？是在浑浑噩噩中度过，还是在拼搏中进步？在学校里，我们经常看到这样的场面，有的同学经常迟到、甚至旷课；有的同学穿拖鞋，有的同学偷偷地躲在学校的某一个角落吸烟，有的同学带起耳环染起发；还有的同学一到上课就睡觉……这些不良的行为不仅严重地危害到同学们的身心健康，更为重要的是，这也影响到学校的形象，是一种严重破坏校风校纪的行为。
这些不良习惯为什么会产生呢？有的是因为有的同学在生活方面完全没有自觉性，不能约束和控制自己，随心所欲；也有的是因为有的同学认为学校的纪律太严，完全限制他们的自由；也有同学认为那是酷的表现……然而不管是什么原因，这些不良习惯都是不能适应学校生活的表现。我们在学校里，只有在校风校纪的约束下，才能正常地完成学业，如果养成我行我素的恶习，今后走向社会，是很难立足的。如果这些不良习惯不及时改正，就会误入歧途，小错就会酿成大错。
我们每个人在这里求学，都有一个追求，都有一理想，都有一个志向，如果说学校是一片沃土的话，我们要在这里把我们的耕作变成果实，实现我们的追求；如果说学校是一支拐杖的'话，我们要拄着这支拐杖攀登高峰，实现我们的志向；如果说学校是一只展翅飞翔巨鸟的话，那她会承载着我们的希望去实现我们的理想。我们要学做一个文明的人，一个诚实的人，一个勤学的人，一个守纪的人，做一个“脱离低级趣味，一个高尚的人”。

岁月如烟，流年似水。五四运动所包含的“爱国、进步、科学”的精神火炬，历经一代又一代仁人志士的接力传递，正与时俱进地在新世纪的道上阔步向前。
我们知道，今天的好形势来之不易，是先辈们抛头颅、洒热血换来的。也深深知道，在今天祖国建设的征程中，有的人正在用自己的青春守卫着祖国的门；有的人正在漠深处、草原边疆、基层一线默默地奉献；有的人正在科技的前沿勇攀高峰，为国家的建设做出了不寻常的业绩；还有的人在服务社会、奉献爱心中赢得了党和人民群众的高度赞扬。

很高兴能代表xx年参加工作的青年教师在此发言，心中甚是忐忑啊!为什么忐忑啊?因为总觉得自己还做得不够好，总觉得在座的各位老师都比在下做得好，总觉得前面的路还很长。“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，是啊!老教师总劝导我们，你们的事业才刚开始，我们都工作了一辈子了，所以你们得耐得住寂寞，守得住清贫。“寂寞、清贫”这两个词在当初我们选择了这份职业时就已经伴随着它了，所以我们无力避开，我们注定与此为伴，与此相依相随。
“少年不知愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁”，少年更不识寂寞的滋味。当我踏入大学，在那里我才感受到了什么是真正的寂寞?百无聊赖，手头根本找不到值得去做的事情。我失去了充实的生活，甚至产生了退学的想法。时光荏苒，如今我从事着我梦寐以求的职业，我充实，我骄傲!每当我走在学校坑洼的大道上时，常会想：人生之路不正像这坑洼之路吗?有起有伏才精彩;每当我手拿篮球，望着如同月球表面的球场时，我都会想如果真在月球上多好，可以摆脱地球引力，自由扣篮了;每当我独守教学楼，听着风吟雨潇，可以任思绪飞翔;每当夜深人静，而我手持红笔，批阅作业，纵横其间，此时此刻，谈何寂寞?我对自己说，既然选择了教师，那就做一只快乐的陀螺吧!

“穷则生变”，中国民族何尝不是在贫穷落后中崛起的，那么这注定我们要不安于现状，要迫使我们努力进取，这又何尝不好呢?既然我们还年轻，我们就有资本去搏杀，就有机会去争取更好的生活，但我们必须努力，必须奋斗，必须在寂寞中唱歌，在清贫中完成自我富足。
自我富足，不是指物质生活上的自我满足，而是指精神上的富有。不要求你学富五车，不要求你才高八斗，只要求你在闲暇之余少打麻将少打牌，少摆酒席多读书。俗话说：“活到老，学到老”，廉颇尚未老矣，而我们却倚老卖老。以书为友，以书为侣，这才是完成自我富足的有效途径。

五月的春风情深意暖，五月的花海流溢飘香，和着春潮，伴着夏韵，在花海灿烂夺目的季节里，我们迎来了“五四”运动xx周年。
弹指一挥间，人类已昂首进入了二十一世纪，在这漫长的岁月里，中国战胜了衰落，走向振兴;挣脱了屈辱，走向奋起。中国正以崭新的姿态向世人展示着巨龙的力量。然而，人们不会忘记那跨时代的民族救亡的“五四”爱国运动，更不会忘记那举起民族帜，开创民族独立和民族振兴新纪元的`先驱者，不会忘记革命战争的烽火硝烟，更不会忘记为真理而抛头颅洒热血的英烈们。今天，我们的祖国已进入了新的历史时期，振兴中华的责任，已落在我们肩上。“五四”火炬已光荣的传到了我们手中，我们的肩膀虽然稚嫩，但我们的心中，却有一枚辉煌的太阳!
生命，不仅仅是一滴滴的鲜血，它更是渴望燃烧的激情;青春不仅仅是一声声的赞美，它更是拥有使命并为之奋斗不息

Everybody is good!
The title of my speech today is "the torch of youth".
May spring breeze warm meaning, may flowers and flush, and spring tides occur, with Xia Yun, in flowers and dazzling season, we celebrated the xx anniversary of the "May 4th" movement.
Idle away ones, the human race has swept into the 21st century, in the long years, the China beat the decline, to prosper; From the humiliation, to rise. China is with a new gesture to show the power of the dragon. However, people will never forget that the cross time of "may fourth movement" of the national patriotic movement, will not forget that lifted the national emblem of pioneers of creating national independence and national revitalization of the new era, and wont forget the revolutionary war of fire smoke, more wont forget the heroes who shed their blood for the truth. Today, our country has entered a new historical period, the responsibility of the revitalization of the Chinese, have fall on our shoulders. "May 4th" the torch has been glorious reached our hands, our shoulders although young, but our heart, has a brilliant sun!
Life, not just a trickle of blood, it is eager to burning passion; Youth is not merely the frequent praise, it has the mission and strive for it
