APP内跳转QQ和陌生人聊天实现客服功能

另：非好友聊天的话，用来接收临时消息的QQ号需开通 QQ推广功能 ,不然陌生人向他发送临时消息,直接失败。开通方式:打开QQ推广网址  并用QQ登录
